1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using ReachMyGuests, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

ReachMyGuests provides a web-based platform that allows engaged couples to send bulk SMS messages to their wedding guests. Our service includes guest list management, message composition, message scheduling, and delivery tracking.

3. User Responsibilities

By using ReachMyGuests, you agree to:

• Only upload phone numbers of individuals who have consented to receive communications from you
• Use the platform only for legitimate wedding-related communications
• Not use the platform for spam, harassment, or any illegal purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
• Include opt-out instructions (STOP) in your messages
• Honor all opt-out requests immediately

4. SMS Messaging Terms

When you send messages through ReachMyGuests:

• You confirm that all recipients have provided their phone numbers and consented to receive your wedding communications
• You are responsible for the content of all messages sent through your account
• Message and data rates may apply to recipients
• All messages will include opt-out instructions
• Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP
• Recipients may request help by replying HELP

5. Payment Terms

ReachMyGuests offers one-time payment plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Plans are non-refundable except in cases where the service was not delivered due to our error.

• Starter Plan: $37 one-time — up to 100 guests
• Classic Plan: $69 one-time — up to 250 guests
• Premium Plan: $119 one-time — up to 500 guests

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ReachMyGuests to:

• Send unsolicited messages or spam
• Send messages containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or redistribute access to the platform

7. Limitation of Liability

ReachMyGuests is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your plan.

8. Message Delivery

While we strive for high delivery rates, we cannot guarantee that all messages will be delivered due to carrier filtering, invalid phone numbers, or recipient opt-outs. We are not liable for undelivered messages.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in spam or abuse, or otherwise misuse the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
