• Provide and operate the ReachMyGuests platform
• Send SMS messages to your wedding guests on your behalf
• Process payments for your plan
• Provide customer support
• Improve our platform and services

Guest Phone Numbers

Phone numbers uploaded to our platform belong to your wedding guests and are used solely for the purpose of sending wedding-related SMS communications on your behalf. We do not sell, share, or use guest phone numbers for any marketing or third-party purposes.

All SMS messages sent through ReachMyGuests include opt-out instructions. Guests who reply STOP will be immediately removed from future communications.

SMS Communications

By using ReachMyGuests, you confirm that your wedding guests have provided their phone numbers and consent to receive wedding-related SMS notifications from you through our platform. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your wedding communications.

To opt out of messages, guests may reply STOP at any time. For help, guests may reply HELP.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@reachmyguests.com.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Twilio: SMS message delivery
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Supabase: Database and authentication
